Shipping

Packing and shipping for orders are fulfilled in house by Good Things Vending. Shipping options are determined by package weight. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumptions that products are in stock at location at the time of order. Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory.

Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

How soon will my order arrive once placed?

Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up to 5 business days, with most orders shipping sooner than that. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location. For West Coast shipments you can expect up to 3-7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping is available, taking between 5-7 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Good Things Vending

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not full under the seller’s liability. For delayed shipments please contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

Refund Policy

Good Things is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by Good Things Vending. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.Upon receipt of the shipment, Good Things Vending will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.Order cancellations can be made if the order has not been shipped.

Good Things Vending is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged please hold onto all packaging materials and reach out to us immediately at info@goodthingsvending.com so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping provider.
